About The Position

Join UW Health Carbone Cancer Center, the only comprehensive cancer center in Wisconsin designated by the National Cancer Institute. This Registered Nurse position is for the Infusion Center team, where you will work alongside a team of exceptional nurses, building meaningful, therapeutic relationships with patients and their families. You will provide care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including cancer and immunodeficiency, and safely administer various treatments such as chemotherapy, medication infusions, IV antibiotics, and blood transfusions. The role also involves developing specialized expertise in apheresis treatments.

Requirements

• 6 months of relevant clinical experience
• Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire
• CPR certification Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Recent oncology experience Preferred
• Chemotherapy certification Preferred

Responsibilities
