About The Position

Join UW Health Carbone Cancer Center—the only comprehensive cancer center in Wisconsin designated by the National Cancer Institute. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Center team, where you will: Work alongside a team of exceptional nurses who bring compassion, collaboration, and expertise to every patient interaction.   Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.   Provide care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including cancer and immunodeficiency.   Safely administer a variety of treatments, including chemotherapy, medication infusions, IV antibiotics, and blood transfusions.   Develop specialized expertise in apheresis treatments.

Requirements

  • 6 months of relevant clinical experience Required
  • Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • CPR certification Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
  • Recent oncology experience Preferred
  • Chemotherapy certification Preferred
