This role involves providing team leadership and supervision for infrastructure technology tasks. The position requires hands-on completion of physical installations and removals of structured cabling components, cabinets, pathway systems, and related communication infrastructure materials. The technician will supervise and perform installations and services for various low voltage systems, including cabling, communication equipment, and structured cable distribution systems. Responsibilities also include evaluating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting cabling infrastructure systems, preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), conducting infrastructure surveys and designs, executing project milestones and test plans, and completing project closeout deliverables. Additionally, the role requires completing required documentation according to company standards, such as time reporting, work order progress, and client SLA tracking.
