About The Position

DXC Technology is seeking an Infrastructure Support Technician to provide foundational technical support in infrastructure services. This role involves assisting with routine tasks, infrastructure projects, and basic monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems. The technician will collaborate with team members, support documentation creation and maintenance, and focus on developing technical skills through on-the-job experience. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus
