Identify and manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders to ensure clear accountabilities and shared understanding of impact
Ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments through diligent tracking and coordination
Track, measure, and report project costs, performance issues, and risks to support informed decision-making
Support standard management reporting processes and metrics throughout the delivery or product organization
Collaborate with various teams to maintain alignment and transparency on project progress and outcomes
