About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on infrastructure projects or a larger program consisting of individual, multi-disciplined commercial real estate project solutions for our Financial Services Sector clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. This is a hybrid role going in office 2-3x per week.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience and or training is required of industry trends, project management and construction procedures and best practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), must be able to complete all administrative tasks associated with the role.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines and be on site regularly during project duration and have flexibility to work non-traditional hours at times.
  • Ability to analyze sophisticated information organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines and develop plans to address identified issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-manage, with strong initiative, is critical to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a robust environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
  • Interface directly with clients to define project requirements.
  • Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to sophisticated request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients.
  • Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports and meeting minutes to ensure client and project resources are advised in real time.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
  • Facilitates project meetings.
  • Supervise progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
  • Reports status and variances.
  • Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.
  • Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
