Requirements

5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure technology projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex technical environments
Experience managing enterprise infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, or modernization initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor relationships
Technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments and technology platforms
Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams with significant cross-functional impact
Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred

Technical Experience Desired: Data center infrastructure projects, Server virtualization platforms, including VMware environments, Cloud infrastructure and migration initiatives, Storage solutions including SAN and NAS environments, Network infrastructure, routing, switching, and connectivity projects, Infrastructure automation and platform modernization programs
Experience managing Enterprise Infrastructure portfolios or programs
Hands-on experience with infrastructure lifecycle management initiatives
Previous experience working in highly regulated or security-focused environments
Exposure to enterprise hosting environments and automation initiatives
Advanced reporting and dashboard experience utilizing Power BI
Experience using Project Web App (PWA) for enterprise project management
Additional project management, Agile, or infrastructure-related certifications are highly valued

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure projects from discovery, planning, and design through deployment, validation, and final handoff
Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, milestones, and resource plans using Microsoft Project
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and third-party partners to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget
Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and financial reporting
Identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and compliance considerations while developing mitigation strategies
Serve as the primary communication point between technical teams and executive stakeholders
Provide clear status updates, project reporting, executive summaries, and steering committee presentations
Drive cross-functional planning and execution activities across multiple technology teams
Ensure alignment between Enterprise Infrastructure initiatives and organizational priorities
Support infrastructure lifecycle and modernization programs across critical enterprise platforms
