About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves comprehensive project management activities, including resource demand management, defining project deliverables and timelines, developing and managing project plans, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing meeting minutes and status reports, and resolving issues with team members. The Project Manager will coordinate the activities of project teams, which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments, and locations. Additionally, the role requires supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle, demonstrating strong negotiation and facilitation skills, mentoring team members, and supporting Project Management methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Advanced experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced experience using Structured Project Portfolio Tools
• Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies
• Strong organizational skills (planning, prioritizing) and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and its impact on business services
• General understanding of the insurance and financial services industry

Nice To Haves

• PRINCE2, PMI (PMP), Agile project management certification
