About The Position
This position is located in Charleston, West Virginia. Join E.L. Robinson Engineering Co. (ELR) —a 100% employee-owned civil engineering firm—where your leadership drives impactful community projects and your voice helps shape the company’s future. The full-time Infrastructure Project Manager Engineer will supervise the planning, designing, and management civil infrastructure projects. The projects will include large and important engineering projects and a number of smaller projects with many complex features and administrative qualifications.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (WV)
- 10+ years experience in civil engineering or infrastructure engineering
- 5+ years of experience in management
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
- Proven track record managing projects

Responsibilities
- Supervise the planning, designing, and management of civil infrastructure projects.
- Manage large and important engineering projects.
- Manage smaller projects with many complex features and administrative qualifications.
- Mentor teams.
