About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, cloud technologies, data centers, networks, and workplace technology. This role requires extensive experience in program governance, stakeholder management, and the application of AI and automation in PMO reporting.

Requirements

• PMP Certification
• 12+ years of Program Management experience
• Strong experience managing Infrastructure / IT Operations programs, including Cloud, Data Center, Network, Hosting, or Workplace Technology
• Strong Jira and project/portfolio management tool experience
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong program governance: RAID logs, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, dashboards, resource/financial tracking, and executive reporting
• Experience coordinating across Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, Application, Vendor, and Business teams
• Experience using AI and automation for PMO reporting meeting summaries, action tracking, risk identification, and process improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee infrastructure programs, including Cloud, Data Center, Network, Hosting, or Workplace Technology.
• Utilize Jira and other project/portfolio management tools for program execution.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Implement and maintain strong program governance, including RAID logs, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, dashboards, resource/financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate effectively across various teams such as Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, Application, Vendor, and Business.
• Leverage AI and automation for PMO reporting, including meeting summaries, action tracking, risk identification, and process improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at the executive level.
