About The Position

The Infrastructure Production Support Analyst will be responsible for providing L2 support in a 24/7 production environment within the financial/banking domain. This role requires strong technical skills in infrastructure and production support, including experience with various operating systems, scheduling tools, data integration tools, and monitoring platforms. The analyst will handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 Years of exp into Infrastructure and Production support.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Experience into Autosys, Informatica, Windows, Linux,
• 2+ Years into Splunk, Openshift, Kubernetes
• Working with Unix/Linux. SQL
• Experienced with tools such as Autosys, Ab Initio Control Center, AWP, Kibana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and ServiceNow (SaaS), working knowledge of Grafana and Informatica
