About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for an Infrastructure Middleware Specialist to provide remote support. This role involves deploying new technologies, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing PC/server operating systems, utilities, and hardware. The specialist will troubleshoot server issues reported by users, research and recommend software/hardware, support web access and messaging services, maintain a secure system environment, and provide new hardware specifications to users. They will also install new servers and manage the server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deploys the release of new technologies as well as designs, installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware.
• Responsible for trouble shooting server problems as reported by users.
• Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products.
• Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
• Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, installs new servers and maintains the server infrastructure.
