About The Position

Under direct supervision, this position performs clerical and administrative duties related to basic accounting activities. This is an entry level position.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or global equivalent, with a focus in Finance and no required previous years of work related experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Basic interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations

Responsibilities

• May be responsible for routine or basic data entry into accounting systems
• May be required to perform duties such as mail distribution, copying, filing, scanning, and data entry
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
