Requirements

Experience designing, deploying, securing, and administering VMware ESXi clusters and vCenter environments with high availability and resiliency
Experience designing, building, securing, and administering enterprise Microsoft Windows virtual environments
Experience providing technical guidance on architecting, researching, and implementing tools and applications aligned to DoD RMF best practices
Experience contributing to Agile-based team ceremonies and workflows
Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions supporting virtualized environments
Ability to plan work, coordinate tasks, and lead technical teams
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience as a systems engineer, or 5+ years of experience as a systems engineer in lieu of a degree
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with auditing tools, such as Splunk and Aria Operations for Logs
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or JSON
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) applications such as Ansible or TerraForm
Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud
Experience architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise storage solutions
Experience leading and mentoring small teams and providing technical leadership
Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
VMware, Windows, or Cloud Technologies Certification
