About The Position

This role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of vendor product delivery, from initial design through implementation, testing, and production deployment. The engineer will be responsible for manipulating, structuring, and designing data flows, optimizing queries, and developing microservices to automate network implementations. They will also create tools and scripts for data transfer, and design, develop, integrate, and deploy new tools to accelerate network infrastructure deployments across various devices and vendors. The position requires developing and deploying applications in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, and evaluating, testing, and integrating tools and applications to ensure seamless, reliable, and highly available end-to-end customer service. Additionally, the role includes reviewing and enhancing existing tools for improved performance and functionality, supporting customer onboarding for new products with documentation and training, and building and maintaining dynamic, interactive dashboards.

Requirements

3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Infrastructure Engineer, Technology Architect, IT Project Manager, or related occupation.
Alternatively, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Infrastructure Engineer, Technology Architect, IT Project Manager, or related occupation.
Three (3) years of experience delivering vendor products and applications including curated versions of RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Operating System based Virtual-Machines (VM) and Oracle Database Systems from initial design, prototyping, evaluating, performance-tuning, capacity-planning, forecasting, testing, administering and implementation to production deployment.
Three (3) years of experience utilizing Operating System and Database Administration for deploying vendor applications and associated database schemas on Oracle 19c based database offerings to ensure seamless, reliable, and highly available end-to-end customer service.
Three (3) years of experience performing statistical log analysis using Splunk.
Three (3) years of experience performing data manipulation, data analysis, structuring, data design flow, and query optimization using database query languages including SQL and building and utilizing APIs.
Three (3) years of experience performing Network-Analysis using tools including nmap and tcpdump.
Three (3) years of experience designing and developing interactive Excel and PPT reports with advanced functionalities including lookup, index match, and data analysis add-ons.
Three (3) years of experience conducting structured troubleshooting and debugging to systematically resolve issues in Java-based applications.
Two (2) years of experience developing, building, maintaining, and monitoring and observability tools and interactive dashboards using Grafana and Dynatrace.

Responsibilities
