About The Position

Hercules is looking for a senior or staff level infrastructure engineer to help build the future of AI software development. The role involves building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers Hercules' AI Agent, App Builder, App Hosting, SDK, and Platform. This includes managing large, data-intensive, multi-tenant, distributed services.

Requirements

Strong software fundamentals including system design, architecture, data modeling, and API design.
Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and working effectively in monorepos.
Experience scaling large, data-intensive, multi-tenant, distributed services.
Strong product sense with a track record of independently shipping customer-impacting changes.
Experience with TypeScript, React, containers, Postgres, Redis, and Temporal.
Familiarity with AI and its potential to enhance workflows.
Willingness to work hard and break through walls to achieve outcomes.
Willingness to operate at any level to get things done.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
