About The Position

The Domain Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring cross-portfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Bank's technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable.
• Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
• Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
• Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented.
• Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains.

• Collaborates with other teams to ensure solutions are integrated and aligned with overall enterprise architecture.
• Ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of team initiatives aligning the business solution architecture team to Key strategic efforts and goals.
• Evaluates short-term business needs to support key business goals and establishes priorities.
• Consults with business, information, and technical subject matter experts to identify how business architecture can support goals.
• Assists in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategy.
• Understands technology trends and their practical application to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Manages and mentors a team of architects, ensuring their development and growth.
