CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Architecture Manager to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. Requirements

  • 6 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, own, and continuously improve the governance model and operating cadence for architecture decision-making, ensuring decisions are documented, reviewed, communicated, and periodically revalidated.
  • Lead partnership with Enterprise Architecture to translate enterprise-wide standards and decisions into actionable guidance for CLA teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and traceability of impacts across the portfolio.
  • Oversee product and tool selection governance, including establishing evaluation criteria, decision forums, approval pathways, and exception handling; ensure decisions balance team autonomy with enterprise standards and risk management.
  • Own and maintain the SDLC governance roadmap, defining maturity checkpoints, prioritizing improvements, and reporting progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and key stakeholders.
