About The Position

OWN is seeking an Infrastructure Division Leader to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for its Infrastructure Division. This role is responsible for driving growth, developing leaders, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional project delivery across the division. As a key member of the leadership team, the Division Leader will help shape the future of the division while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Proven success leading teams, operations, and business growth within the infrastructure industry.
  • Strong understanding of public infrastructure markets, project delivery, and client service.
  • Demonstrated success in developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing profitability and growth.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the strategic vision for the Infrastructure Division.
  • Drive divisional growth through business development, client relationships, and market expansion.
  • Champion the Great Game of Business culture.
  • Lead financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Develop and mentor Group Leaders and emerging leaders within the division.
  • Champion the OWN Experience, promoting a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and employee ownership.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and divisions to support company-wide success.
  • Support operational excellence through consistent processes, strong project delivery, and effective resource management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
