Infrastructure Delivery Manager, New Sites

Groq•Worth, IL
•$140,200 - $219,500

About The Position

Groq builds and operates AI inference infrastructure, owning the hardware and controlling access to it through internally developed and managed software. New sites are ground-up developments in leased or build-to-suit facilities, which take longer and carry more risk than retrofits of existing space. The Infrastructure Delivery Manager is the single owner of assigned new sites from executed contracts through customer acceptance and handover to the Site Manager. Assigned sites are full-time assignments. The manager directs the owner's representative, general contractor, utility, and vendor interfaces and is accountable for site schedules, budgets, and gates. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with expected travel of 40 to 50 percent, including extended time at the assigned site during construction and commissioning. The total cash salary range is $140,200–$219,500, inclusive of potential bonus value. Individual placement depends on geographic location, experience, skills, and alignment with internal compensation standards. International compensation varies with local market dynamics. Groq also offers a Long-Term Incentive Program and employee benefits.
