Infrastructure Delivery Manager, New Sites

Groq•Dallas, TX
•Onsite

About The Position

Groq builds and operates AI inference infrastructure, including hardware and the software used to control access to it. New sites are ground-up developments in leased or build-to-suit facilities. The Infrastructure Delivery Manager is the single owner of assigned new sites from executed contracts through customer acceptance and handover to the Site Manager. Assigned sites are full-time assignments. The role directs the owner's representative, general contractor, utility, and vendor interfaces and owns site schedules, budgets, and delivery gates. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires 40 to 50 percent travel, including extended time at the assigned site during construction and commissioning. The manager takes ownership of the integrated delivery process, tracking contractual obligations and managing design, construction, utilities, permitting, equipment delivery, integration, commissioning, customer acceptance, and operational handover. The role coordinates internal Groq teams and external partners to ensure each milestone meets its schedule, budget, and acceptance criteria. The manager reports regularly to the Sr. Staff Infrastructure Delivery Manager and, as needed, executives and the customer, and contributes lessons learned and standards to Groq's new-build playbook.
