About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery per site, from construction handover through customer-ready compute. This role involves running the delivery schedule, integrating deployment, network turn-up, compute bring-up, and validation. The Infrastructure Delivery Lead will chair the site delivery rhythm, ensuring blockers are surfaced daily, escalated same-day, and closed fast. A key responsibility is owning the readiness gate, ensuring a hall is done when the checklist proves it. Fluidstack's mission is to make humanity more free by delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. They are rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to designing, building, and operating data centers. Speed and scale are their key differentiators in building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. The Deployments Team specifically focuses on turning empty data halls into serving GPUs in weeks, standing up gigawatts a year, and deploying 10GW with software, not headcount, by building tooling to streamline processes.
