About The Position

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to designing, building, and operating data centers. The company is looking for individuals who care deeply about this mission and are driven by extreme ownership, velocity, first principles thinking, and a passion for the AI frontier. The Deployments Team is responsible for turning empty data halls into serving GPUs in weeks, standing up gigawatts of infrastructure annually, and deploying this scale with software and automation rather than excessive headcount. They own everything from construction handover to customer-ready compute, including racks, fabric, and validation across hundreds of megawatts per site.

Requirements

Led physical infrastructure deployment at data center scale.
Managed contractor workforces of dozens to hundreds through rigorous quality gates.
Successfully met challenging rack-and-cable schedules.
Built or specified deployment tracking tooling.

Nice To Haves

Hyperscale deployment experience.
Experience with fiber-heavy builds.
Experience in low-voltage contractor markets.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure deployment across sites, managing the teams and processes that transform finished data halls into racked, cabled, and validated infrastructure.
Own the deployment schedule per hall, ensuring hundreds of racks and hundreds of thousands of terminations are landed within weeks.
Build and manage a contractor workforce model that scales deployment crews from site to site while maintaining quality.
Drive the development and implementation of deployment tooling, including QA gates, tracking, and validation systems that operate on software rather than spreadsheets.
