Infrastructure Data Centre Design Engineer (Remote)
About The Position
We are seeking an Infrastructure Data Centre Design Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining medium-complexity data hall layouts and infrastructure designs, performing rack elevations, cable routing designs, and power and space planning. You will also conduct infrastructure assessments, recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment. The position requires troubleshooting design conflicts, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring design documentation complies with company and industry standards. Additionally, you will support project delivery timelines, milestone tracking, and assist in mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and design standards.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in data center or telecom infrastructure environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and infrastructure documentation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
