About The Position

OWN is seeking a Civil Engineer with an active Professional Engineer (PE) license to design and deliver infrastructure projects. The role involves work on roads, utilities, drainage systems, and other infrastructure improvements, from initial planning through construction. The engineer collaborates with engineers, designers, surveyors, project managers, clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors to develop practical, construction-ready solutions and deliver successful projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• At least 2 years of civil engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar engineering design software.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, client-focused mindset.

• Civil engineering design experience in infrastructure or municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design and analysis for infrastructure projects, including utilities, stormwater management, grading, roadways, and site development.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates to ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, surveyors, and clients to develop practical, construction-ready solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors throughout design, permitting, and construction.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets while supporting quality control and successful project outcomes.
