About The Position

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Infrastructure – Business Performance & Finance Analyst (Pipelines, Terminals, Blending Plants) through 04/10/26 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide financial and performance insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making. Support business planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, including integration of actuals, business plan, and outlook. Prepare and analyze financial results, identify drivers of performance, and communicate insights to leadership through clear and concise reporting. Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across systems and reports. Support capital and operating expense planning, tracking, and analysis, including variance analysis and management reporting. Leverage financial systems, tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency, transparency, and data quality; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Collaborate with enterprise and embedded finance teams to support benchmarking, performance dialogues, and value tracking initiatives as applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working with financial systems and data (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards)
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for leadership
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
  • Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
