About The Position

The Infrastructure and Facilities Manager position is responsible for directing the planning, execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the physical infrastructure, facilities, and construction projects of the dealership. This ensures that sales, service, parts, warehouse, office, and dealer network operations function safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with corporate, regulatory, and manufacturer image guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum recommended experience of 7 to 10 years in facilities administration, construction, maintenance, capital projects, or corporate infrastructure.
• Experience supervising construction, renovation, or expansion projects in commercial, retail, automotive, industrial, or customer service environments.

Nice To Haves

• Practical knowledge of reading blueprints, permits, budgets, bids, contracts, change orders, schedules, and project closeouts.
• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, executive reporting, budgeting, and facility maintenance or control systems.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, security, fire protection, workshop equipment, and preventive maintenance.
• Availability to visit locations, dealerships, and projects, respond to emergencies, and coordinate work outside of regular hours when necessary.
• Experience leading supervisors, maintenance technicians, contractors, or operational teams distributed across multiple locations.
• Certifications in Project Management, OSHA, Facility Management, Lean Construction, or related topics are desirable.
