This position provides leadership and operational oversight for Singing River Health System’s enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, network services, data center technologies, and related technical operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of the technology platforms supporting clinical, administrative, and business operations across the health system. The Manager leads infrastructure technical teams, establishes operational standards, oversees major technology initiatives, manages system lifecycle and capacity planning, and ensures that infrastructure services align with organizational priorities and healthcare requirements. The Infrastructure & Cloud Manager works closely with application, cybersecurity, clinical, operational, and business teams to implement reliable and supportable technology solutions. This position plays a critical role in disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and technical incident response.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field required.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, systems, networking, or related technologies is required.
Previous technical leadership, supervisory, team lead, or project leadership experience is required.
Experience administering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, virtual server platforms, enterprise networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies is required.
Must have de-escalation training completed by the end of position orientation (90 days); must have appropriate level of de-escalation training.
Must possess superior leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must possess proficient knowledge and ability to use a computer (must be keyboard proficient) and other office technology (i.e., telephone, fax, etc.), MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and relevant IT service management and security software/tools.
Must have a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 2.0, ISO 27001).

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
Relevant professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, VMWare, Cisco, Palo Alto, ITIL certifications, or other related credentials are highly preferred but not required.
Experience managing hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centers and public cloud environments is strongly preferred.
Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, configuration management, patching, and technical lifecycle management is preferred.
Experience supporting a healthcare organization or another highly regulated, high-availability environment is preferred.
Experience planning and executing enterprise infrastructure projects, platform migrations, system upgrades, or cloud adoption initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plays a critical role in disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and technical incident response.
Participate in after-hours maintenance, incident response, disaster recovery activities, and leadership escalation when necessary.
Maintain the confidentiality of patient, employee, operational, and organizational information.
