About The Position

Trystar is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Infrastructure Analyst to join their IT support team. This role is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, workstation configuration, hardware setup and repair, inventory management, and administrative support across various systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and iOS.
  • Experience with workstation imaging, configuration, and deployment tools.
  • Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL.
  • Experience with Entra ID, Office 365 administration, and basic networking.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • May require occasional travel between office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for end users, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and lifecycle upgrades.
  • Deliver end-user training on devices, applications, and IT best practices.
  • Administer and support M365, Entra ID, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Manage user identities, access controls, group policies, and security configurations.
  • Support core infrastructure including networking, file services, and cloud services.
  • Maintain system configurations, documentation, and environment topology diagrams.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Manage and resolve service tickets with the ITSM platform, ensuring accurate documentation and SLA adherence.
  • Maintain asset inventory, including hardware tracking and lifecycle management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and implement best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.
  • Support migration efforts from legacy systems and file servers to modern platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Contribute to automation and standardization efforts where applicable.
  • Deliver high quality customer service and communicate effectively with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide clear updates and documentation for incidents, changes, and project work.
