About The Position

CTG is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst I to support enterprise infrastructure operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technical professional with strong customer service skills and foundational infrastructure support experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of higher education and/or related technical experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and onsite support experience.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and identify root causes.
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to management and end users.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in a technology-related field.
  • Certifications or specialized infrastructure training.
  • Experience with trend analysis and operational reporting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure support environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve help desk escalations and technical incidents.
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue isolation for infrastructure-related problems.
  • Complete system maintenance activities including patching, health checks, and operating system updates.
  • Support onsite technical operations and end-user environments.
  • Execute work orders and service requests following established SOPs.
  • Monitor systems and escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff.
  • Assist with operational compliance, audit standards, and risk management initiatives.
  • Participate in assigned projects and scheduled after-hours responsibilities.
  • Provide status updates and maintain accurate technical documentation.
