About The Position

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team at our Phoenix office. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the infrastructure and operational integrity of Windcave's servers, networks and software worldwide. Your efforts will ensure 24/7/365 uptime for our customers and staff.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.
Experience with virtualisation technologies, network switches, wireless access points, and server hardware.
Experience with data backups and Office 365 (Teams, Autopilot, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange).
Experience developing and implementing automation and scripting solutions, particularly using Powershell.
Experience monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Experience setting up and managing user accounts and permissions.
A proactive and collaborative individual with a can-do attitude.
An excellent communicator at all levels.
Highly organised with strong time management skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning and development.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Linux OS, EDR, antivirus management.
Knowledge of database management, webservers, load balancers, and SIP telephony.
Familiarity with network security protocols and practices.
