Requirements

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft (Cloud and On-Prem), Virtualization, Security, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a network administrator.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft environments, operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
  • Knowledge of Hyper-Convert technologies and Virtualization technologies
  • Knowledge of scripting, automation and software deployment
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise level infrastructure
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
  • Highly self motivated and directed.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the network, systems and infrastructure, such as Microsoft/Azure active directory, network topology and back-up technologies
  • Collaborate on the technical implementation of system enhancements
  • Actively use our daily planning and change management procedures
  • Participate in process optimization and documentation
  • Handle escalations from our user support team and provide our first level support team with technical advice on handling advanced cases.
  • Research solutions relevant to improving our processes and technical challenges.
  • Keep up to date on the different technologies through training and dedicated learning.
