About The Position

Citi, a leading global bank with a vast customer base and operations in over 160 countries, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Technical Lead Analyst to join the Citi Storage Management team. This role serves as a Storage Administrator, responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and support of enterprise storage systems. The primary objective is to ensure the high availability, performance, and security of data storage solutions that support critical business applications and services. The Enterprise Operations & Technology teams at Citi are tasked with a mission comparable to large tech companies, focusing on building secure, reliable, and efficient services to reimagine client and partner experiences. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in storage administration
  • Hands-On experience with enterprise storage platforms (e.g. Netapp, DellEMC, Hitachi, Cisco)
  • Familiarity with storage protocols such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB/CIFS
  • Solid Understanding of RAIS, Storage tiering, over-provisioning, and data lifecycle Management
  • Experience scripting and automation (e.g. Powershell, Bash, Python, Ansible)
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, install, configure, and maintain storage systems (SAN, NAS, and Software Defined Storage)
  • Monitor Storage performance and capacity, and proactively address issues or bottlenecks
  • Manage Storage provisioning and data replication
  • Perform routine maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patch management
  • Implement and maintain storage policies, procedures and best practices
  • Work closely with system, network, and application teams to ensure optimal data access and performance
  • Participate in disaster recover planning and testing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of storage infrastructure and configurations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for storage relate issues
