TMPC is seeking a Information Warfare Specialist to join our growing team of diverse professionals.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience planning and integrating IO, with a strong emphasis on MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC at the tactical or operational level
Verifiable experience and expertise in the MISO/PSYOP planning process
Verifiable experience and expertise in the MILDEC planning process
Experience with Target Audience Analysis, message development, and effects assessment
Shall possess or be able to obtain the following: U.S. TS SCI Security Clearance
A valid US driver’s license
A valid US passport
Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide)

Nice To Haves

Graduation from a DoD-approved qualification course is highly desirable.
Graduation from a DoD-approved planning course is highly desirable.
SOUTHCOM AOR experience preferred
Experience planning at the Combatant Command level preferred
MARFOR experience preferred
Possess Defense Language Program 2/2 or greater Spanish abilities is preferred
The ability to communicate information and ideas verbally so others will understand in English and in Spanish is preferred
Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience either via electronic or written mediums in English and Spanish is preferred
The ability to create products and presentations that communicate ideas effectively and concisely in English and in Spanish is preferred
