About The Position
The Information Technology & Systems Market Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services (IT&S) across the assigned market. This role aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The director ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities. They partner with system IT leadership, market/facility executives, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, performance improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive IT management experience
- At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations preferred.
