Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems or Computer Science, or related field OR High School diploma with 5 years’ experience in a client-server environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software required.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong customer service skills preferred.
  • Cisco CCNA and CompTIA A+ certifications preferred.

  • System software support
  • Mobile Device ordering/management
  • System Security (ID’s, passwords, etc.)
  • Install new software / upgrades, ensuring the setup of standard images.
  • Monitor computer systems for corporate financial standards compliance.
  • Maintain servers.
  • Monitor purchases of software and hardware to ensure compliance with WE Soda Information Technology (IT) standards
  • Coordinate SAP security.
  • SharePoint support
  • Coordinate computer training.
  • Support ISO 9000 effort
