Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience supporting end users
  • Ability to clearly and patiently explain technical concepts
  • Experience with: ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS (EHR) PREFERRED OR BUSINESS SYSTEMS SUCH AS CRM, ERP, SCHEDULING, OR BILLING SYSTEMS
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and managing multiple requests
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in information systems (training experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for system support

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EHR systems and/or enterprise applications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day EHR support and technical assistance to end users
  • Deliver excellent customer service while resolving issues in a ticket-driven environment
  • Troubleshoot issues related to: EHR systems Computers, networks, and phone systems
  • Administer user accounts across systems (Active Directory, email, EHR, phone systems)
  • Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to new and existing staff
  • Monitor system updates and ensure training materials remain current
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with IT/System Administration as needed
