About The Position

Entry level technical support in the area of information technology.

Requirements

• Can include Associate's degree, related IT certifications, evidence of successful work experience in related field or willingness to obtain appropriate certifications
• Extensive knowledge and interest in technology and information systems
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to perform essential job functions without direct supervision; demonstrates initiative and also the ability to work cohesively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the maintenance and/or repair of infrastructure, network, district hardware and software
• Assist in researching, reviewing, evaluating and implementing new hardware, software, or information systems
• Assist in the coordination of the distribution of district hardware and software in the schools
• Assist in any district tech projects/needs as determined by the Director of IT
