About The Position
Provide full-time technical (on-site) assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and network issues. Responsible for setting up and maintaining email systems, managing domain access, resetting passwords and providing general IT support to ensure smooth operations across the organization. May require evening and/or weekend work if needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Graduation from accredited school with AA/BA in Information Technology or similar field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certificate, Network+, Microsoft 265 Certified, or MCSA preferred.
