Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent training and experience
Nice To Haves
- Municipal or County government experience
- Certifications for Networking, Microsoft, Cybersecurity or similar
- Two years experience providing IT support in a professional setting
- Experience working with Laserfiche, Fortinet, O365, Avigilon Alta, Crowdstrike, AV systems
- Experience working with IT ticket systems
