Join us as an Information Technology Student for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings sector for 4-12 months starting September 2026. As an Information Technology Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by: Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations Logging IT related support calls Deployment of hardware Assisting in the maintenance of the IT work areas Handling equipment audits & shipments Creating process documentation Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous support experience an asset
Responsibilities
- Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations
