The Information Technology Specialist supports the systems and workflows that enable IntellaTriage nurses to deliver after-hours and 24x7 clinical triage services. Working directly with the Director of IT Operations, this role focuses on user access, Microsoft 365 administration, Level 1 support, and hardware logistics for a fully remote workforce. This position is specifically designed to provide strong operational coverage during weekends and extended-hour support windows. Success in this role is less about deep technical expertise and more about reliability, follow-through, urgency, and attention to detail in a high-volume healthcare environment. You are enabling nurses to deliver care when patients need it most. When systems or access break down, care is delayed. This role helps ensure those gaps do not happen.
