In a medical oncology environment, system reliability is essential to patient care, and this role is critical to maintaining uptime and resolving issues that may impact clinical operations. This position supports a hosted Citrix environment, Microsoft 365 applications, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and clinic network infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, responsive service, and a professional approach to addressing technological issues that affect patient care workflows. It also requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting, prioritize competing requests, and deliver timely, high-quality technical support.
