About The Position

We are seeking an individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence to oversee and enhance our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our members and staff.

Requirements

2 years of systems experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of local area networks and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

Monitors, acquires, and maintains property-based IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Manages computer and network operations, including backups, recovery, and hardware/software administration.
Oversees email systems, IT inventories, and network infrastructure (e.g., Unifi).
Provides technical support for internet, hardware, software, and applications.
Communicates system updates, tips, and alerts to staff.
Inspects, maintains, and repairs IT equipment and systems.
Analyzes data to identify and resolve issues.
Assesses IT needs, ensuring compliance with standards and budget.
Prioritizes and schedules projects, delivering on time and within specifications.
Monitors progress and ensures proper asset management.
Stays current on IT trends, applying knowledge to enhance systems.
Provides expert support for platforms like Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Crescendo Phone System.
Proficient in managing local area networks (LANs) and Microsoft Windows environments.
