Requirements

Must have experience in IT management.
Must have experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
Must have experience in regulatory compliance.
Must maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Creates framework for property user profile interfaces as they relate to Company systems and networks.
Analyzes hardware, software, and computer system functional specifications to determine property and business needs.
Partners with property leadership to implement products, systems, and specifications from analysis outcomes.
Provides oversight and leadership to the local IT team and staff.
Responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring they are carried out.
Interacts with property management to convey status of IT projects and to understand what other business units are working on to ensure proper alignment with IT initiatives.
Access to restrictive areas, software and hardware based on need and must follow property and company security guidelines inclusive of pre-authorization.
Confers regularly with management and corporate quality control personnel to resolve problems and to recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of technology and equipment.
Responsible for preparing, monitoring and adhering to budgets and ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives. Reports budget concerns / deviations to the Executive Management / GM.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management / GM.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
