About The Position

Force Motion Group (FMG) is seeking a high-calibre Information Technology Lead to shape and lead technology across a fast-growing international business. This pivotal role sits at the heart of FMG’s digital and operational transformation, influencing strategy, performance, and long-term value creation. You will own and evolve the global IT landscape, spanning infrastructure, enterprise systems, applications, and service delivery while partnering with senior leadership. The role drives ERP enhancements, strengthens data strategy, and embeds robust cybersecurity and governance frameworks across the business. You will build and lead a high-performing global IT function, The Information Technology Lead will support ASRaymond, Hyson, Kaller and IGS brands globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • 20+ years in IT leadership, with experience managing global teams and multi-region operations
  • Proven ability to oversee day-to-day IT operations while delivering complex projects on time and budget
  • Accustomed to managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring operational integrity and service excellence
  • Experienced in managing vendor relationships, managed service providers, and strategic technology partnerships
  • Enterprise leadership experience with responsibility for global infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation

Nice To Haves

  • A master’s degree, such as an M.B.A., M.S., or equivalent advanced degree, is preferred. Candidates with PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or similar project or IT management certifications are preferred, or those willing to obtain such certification within a defined timeframe
  • Equivalent international education or a combination of education and extensive relevant experience will also be considered where applicable

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership of the global IT function for FMG, overseeing infrastructure, applications, service delivery, and enterprise systems to ensure effective and reliable operations across all regions
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and enabling growth through scalable, value-driven solutions
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks across IT, ensuring consistency in tools, processes, standards, and compliance with cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, ISO)
  • Own and drive the enterprise data strategy, enabling analytics-driven decision-making and integration across systems and business processes
  • Lead ERP optimization initiatives and global IT portfolio management, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and on-time, on-budget delivery of projects
  • Identify and remove operational roadblocks, driving continuous improvement across functional areas and ensuring efficient execution of IT initiatives
  • Manage and coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and managed service providers to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions
  • Define and own the IT service delivery model, ensuring strong service performance, resolution of critical incidents, and adherence to service level expectations
  • Ensure robust problem identification and resolution processes, driving root cause analysis and sustainable solutions across systems and operations
  • Oversee change management, release planning, and deployment processes, ensuring appropriate testing, communication, and adoption of new or enhanced functionality
  • Monitor service trends and performance metrics, implementing action plans to address recurring issues and improve overall user experience
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across business, IT, and external partners, influencing transformation initiatives, investment decisions, and change adoption
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and alignment to business and financial objectives
  • Oversee and develop a high-performing global IT team, including coaching, performance management, and implementation of processes that enhance productivity and service quality
  • Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and support the development of scalable IT operating models aligned with business needs
  • Own IT budget management and approval processes, ensuring effective cost control and resource optimization
  • Travel to FMG locations, including internationally, to support the management of the function
