About The Position

OMNI is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical advisory support for enterprise IT operations, modernization initiatives, cybersecurity compliance, and technology integration efforts supporting critical national security missions. The selected candidate will work closely with Government leadership, mission partners, and contractor teams to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and facility stand-up activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT operations.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, RMF, information assurance, and security compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting IT modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Nice To Haves

  • Polygraph preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCNA, AWS, Azure, or similar certifications.
  • Experience supporting facility stand-up, infrastructure deployment, and operational transition activities.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity risk management programs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert guidance and strategic recommendations for enterprise IT environments, infrastructure, and modernization efforts.
  • Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives across networks, systems, cloud platforms, and end-user computing services.
  • Analyze and evaluate IT architectures, infrastructure strategies, technology roadmaps, and mission requirements.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders, mission partners, and contractor teams to ensure successful execution and operational readiness.
  • Assist with cybersecurity compliance efforts, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and information assurance activities.
  • Engage in technical discussions, working groups, program reviews, and readiness evaluations.
  • Monitor and assess system performance, availability, and overall operational effectiveness of IT services.
  • Prepare and present technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to support Government decision-making.
  • Support planning and execution of facility stand-up, transition, and expansion activities, including deployment and validation of IT infrastructure and communications systems.
  • Oversee coordination of installation, integration, and transition of enterprise IT, communications, and end-user services for new operational facilities.
