About The Position

Lincoln Electric's Euclid, OH location is looking for bright, driven individuals to join our Information Technology (IT) Internship Program. This program is designed to connect your academic foundation with real-world, hands-on experience. As a participant, you’ll Be the Linc between your education and a future in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and leadership. This full-time, paid internship places you at the intersection of data science, information technology, and industrial innovation. As an IT Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to digitize processes by integrating applications and infrastructure to meet business needs. You’ll analyze data, plan and execute projects, and help drive decisions that shape the future of our operations. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business field.
  • Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in any of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Cyber Security, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related disciplines.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Applications.
  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system projects.
  • Contribute to Digital B2B eCommerce initiatives.
