About The Position

This is a 2027 Summer Internship Program position within the Information Technology department. Interns will work on specified projects and various assignments based on team alignment. The role involves supporting projects that evaluate or integrate artificial intelligence, automation, or data-driven tools to improve efficiency, quality, or user experience. Interns will also research emerging technology trends and assist teams in identifying practical, responsible use cases for AI-enabled solutions within a financial services environment. The position operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college Degree seeking program pursuing a degree in disciplines related to Information Technology or Business preferred.
  • Basic concepts, principles, and practices of information technology and/or business.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics, software development, or information security preferred.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, or emerging technology concepts preferred.
  • Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a professional office environment.
  • Operating standard office equipment and using, or having the ability to learn, software applications.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, in a responsible, secure, and business-focused manner.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD).
  • General Experience - 4 to 6 months

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of data analytics, software development, or information security preferred.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, or emerging technology concepts preferred.
