Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in real-time embedded software engineering
Active SECRET Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in C/C++ (C++11 or higher)
Experience working with Linux systems and real-time operating environments
Proven HWIL experience with embedded systems
Strong background in simulation systems

Nice To Haves

Ada programming experience
Full software development lifecycle exposure
Familiarity with cross-discipline and cross-functional team collaboration
Experience using Git, GitLab, and JIRA
Agile (Scrum) methodology experience

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain real-time embedded software using C/C++ (C++11 or newer)
Integrate, test, and validate embedded systems with Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation platforms
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, implement, and optimize system functionality
Support simulation systems, ensuring robust performance in real-time environments
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software and hardware integration issues
Document software design, development, testing, and deployment activities according to company standards
